First of let me just say i am a huge zombie/gore/horror fan and there are few known movies i haven’t seen during my years on this planet. with that said i have to say that “Dead Snow” is by far the best Zombie movie i have ever seen. everything clicked perfectly together. the humor was spot on and the gore was just priceless beyond belief. this film is just eye candy for the hordes of horror fans out there. i loved the theme music in the opening sequence, very appropriate and perfect for troll like Zombies. the countless references to classic movies like “Evil Dead”, “friday the 13th”, “april fools day”, “braindead” and of course various Zombie movies was just phenomenal. The filmmakers make no attempt what so ever to hide the fact that this film is almost purely based on these movies, and that my friends is a golden ticket to a inexplicable gore-fest of uber Zombies, a Chainsaw and a lot of intestines being ripped out in the best of entertaining ways. WATCH this film and you wont regret it! i’ll give you my word as a true horror fan.

The film begins with Abhijeet Sawant shooting himself and when it ends you feel like gunning for the film’s makers and actors and every single person who was responsible for the making of this film. This apology of a film tells the story of Rohit Awasthi (Abhijeet Sawant) who fancies a hot model Simran (Manisha) but can’t do anything more than just ogle at her. His best friend Kabir (Sanjay Narvekar) once gets him her port folio CD but at the end of which is game which tries to lure Rohit playing a guessing quiz which if he wins shall make him richer by Rs. 3 lakhs. It is about guessing whether a soon to deliver lady will give birth to a baby boy or a girl if Rohit’s answer is right he will win the money. Rohit takes it lightly and shows this CD next day to Kabir but that time, this game is not seen on it. But Rohit gets a pleasant shock on receiving the prize money for guessing it right. Meanwhile he gets a new neighbour in Soha (Rucha) and he starts dreaming about spending his whole life with her with all the possible riches he can have. The game now gets to the second level with Rohit now being lured for playing the guessing game again. This time the prize money is Rs. 7 lakhs and has a criminal’s (Mukesh Tiwari’s) life at stake. If this absconding criminal visiting a bar gets arrested then Rohit will not get the prize money and in fact will also lose what he has won before. Tempted to win more, Rohit helps the underworld goon escape from the police dragnet and wins the prize money. Now his greed takes him to the stage where he gets implicated in a murder. Rohit realizes he has been set up and now to prove his innocence and find answers to who is the mastermind behind all this, he runs away from police custody.

Well, this is a movie that has you anticipating. Literally, even after it ends you still have the feeling that some moments have been left behind. Scenery is somewhat patched - shots from Bulgaria’s Supreme Court building, airport and streets, mixed with NYC. Actors’ play is at top notch, but there may be some elusive disappointment that the plot didn’t develop characters fully, didn’t end the way we want to end and so on. Primarily, a story about thieves thieving, some complicated lying, some sex, some features, some plot of grand thefts, and that’s it. I actually didn’t like this movie. Not because it is bad, but only because it wasted the actors’ potential for playing the full extent of their roles.

However, when she goes up to her house, the boathouse her mother is in explodes in flames. It is then revealed that this is a dream that Anna is having.

Paul Blart: Mall Cop (2009)

Paul Blart is a mild-mannered, dutiful family man who works as a security guard in a New Jersey mall. For years, he has applied to become a cop, but he always fails the physical exam because he is overweight. One day, a gang of organized criminals put the mall under siege and take hostages. Blart becomes trapped inside, and because of his sense of duty, refuses to leave. He thus becomes the police department’s eyes on the inside and attempts to stop the criminals on his own.
